Here's another cute picture of Cricket! This one is right after her sponge bath. She didn't love it but she did love the hair washing. She's doing good despite the trip to the lab to get that bellyrubin test done. The results were higher than the hospital test so we are waiting for the doctor to call to tell us what he wants us to do. Will keep updating as soon as we know. She's sleeping well and eating okay. 1 1/2 to 2 ounces every 3 hours or so. She still seems tiny but to me she seems bigger than when we brought her home. Still it's so weird seeing everyday items that are bigger than her and premie diapers that are still too big. I need to ask the doctor what her discharge weight was. She's wearing a cute purple outfit today and looks adorable. I'm loving dressing her up. :-)
UPDATE: heard from the docotor. He wants her repeat the bellyrubin test on Monday at the hospital lab. We're bummed that she'll have to have more blood taken, it's so sad to hear her cry! We're hoping the results are fine this time so she won't have to do it again and we don't want her to have to do the whole light box thing. She had a good night and drank a full 2 ounces this morning. She was awake for awhile this morning and it was so nice to spend time together. We've been reading some books with bright colors and she really likes the gym thingy that has lights and music. So cute.

Who's holding the baby in the picture? It looks like they have a hurty arm. What happened?
My mom was holding her. Not sure how it happened. :-(
